Are wheel clearances the same between a 4wd, a prerunner, a TRD off road if they are all "leveled"

I have a plain old prerunner with a 2 inch spacer up front and 1 inch block in back. It's level but when I look at other trucks' wheel tire combos I don't know it they compare if they are 4wd or have the off road package. Any way to know without busting out the tape measure on a stranger's ride?

Yeah I get that a prerunner is taller than a regular 2wd but is a stock prerunner comparable in height to a stock 4wd? Is a 3 inch lift prerunner the same height as a 3 inch lift on a 4wd? Assuming same size tires.

Most stock 6 lugs of any trim, measure ~20" front, 22" rear when measuring from center of hub to bottom of the fender. Measuring using this method, takes the variable of different height tires/wheels out of the equation.

Take the guess work out of it, and go measure.
