my nephews graduation ceremony is Sunday or I definitely be down south with a sleeping bag

I see that IL,MN,WI,MI,IN are all on this list
i don't see ND or SD on this list either
those are winter states for damn sure

 

so when you picked up your super-nice, sharp-looking new truck you did not have the underbody parts winterized and protected against the krap they use here to de-ice?

SD and ND are most definitely winter states. Anyone thats spent a day there in the winter would cry.

 

i know, i lived in that SD winter of '96!
just don't understand why they are not considered and included, it makes no sense to me

 

We've never done anything to any of our vehicles. We've never really had any problems and ours after 10 years still look better than the Chevys after 3 lol

 

a relative here had a '98 Tacoma single cab (bot used in 2oo4) in 2o11 I had to practically beg the pos dealer here to inspect the frame after I first heard of the problems and wondered why there was no recall/advisory notice sent.
They found the frame perforated and Toyota had to buy it back, they then got a new 2o11 single cab and now I am hearing about frame problems again (within the 2nd gen forums)
i am literally confused lol
