    This and that...
My cam bolts are already seized for the most part and its a 2014. I only have 2.5 up front so they were able to get decent numbers until I decide to get new UCA. You may need new cam bolts but the shop should have told you if you did, so I could be wrong...

The washers on your control arms look fine btw... I am pretty sure that's the design with only one washer.

It’s not came with 8 new washers and detailed instructions they are lubable and the washers keep bushings in when lubing

I hear that we have a couple good Firestones in LA but they're more than an hour drive from me, so I just use the place that's down the street. Costs me money but they do a great job and it lasts a long time usually.

Yes, LCA's are toast on your taco most likely. Cam tabs get flattend mainly when bolts are seized which is most likely the issue here as your bushings are trashed

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
Cams are frozen. Alignment 'techs' tried to align which torqued the rubber bushing instead of the cam rotating inside them, which bent the tabs and doesn't hold as your rubber bushings are under tension when they tightened it back down.

Cut the cams off, replace cams and bushings, install TC gussets.
