That’s exactly what happened. I heard a lot of horror stories of guys at dealerships having to lock up motors on cool rides.

 

My friend put a water hose in his Air intake locked up his motor

 

I forget what it is called but there is a fluid designed for destroying engines they would put in the crankcase and run them till they locked up. The rest would get smashed. A lot of good trucks, and spare parts went away with that whole deal.

 

As a gear head, theres no way i wouldve been able to do that. Id want to take all the cool ones home with me

 

Because stock compression was like 9.7:1

Lower it to 8.5:1 or 9:1 and boost it to the moon with those fantastic heads and revs. Ford fans are stupid.

 

If rather it rusted in my back yard and I sold it to another gear head over crushing for $150

 

they had that program to where they were trying to get all the high emission vehicles off the road so all the dealers bought them back off of you for like 2500 bucks no matter what condition they were in
