I went with USR because the MESOs were always out of stock.

On the other hand.... You will never... NEVER! run out of things to do to your truck. Take it from a guy who had an '01 for 18+ years. I was always modding it.

Maybe it had to do with removing the vinyl.

Yeah it will be sold. Currently spoken for to a local delinquent. If he backs out you can have dips with maybe even a delivery up to NY towards the end of June.
I must have jinxed myself. Someone gave away a Recaro on craigslist which was perfect to replace my busted Britax in my daily. So after grabbing and hauling it home the wifey said its Musical Childseat time. So each vehicle got a childseat swap... what will I do once they outgrow these seats? haha... 5 Recaro's ....

Modified some trees along the driveway that were starting to drag on the roof of the truck.

Completed my interior light upgrade when my MESO Ultimate White Maps came in. I have had the Ultimate White Dome installed for a little bit now. These are amazing, to the point I am almost worried if they are too bright haha. I was really excited to see how these performed in the complete dark. Totally worth every penny!

These paired with MESO puddle lights, oh my..

Got lucky today. I pulled over because I was on a phone call and needed to check something on my phone. I was about 5 feet from the electrical box. Heard a loud crack and didn't see what just missed me until I started to turn around

Installed a Tuffy behind the seat double cab safe. Great product, 5 minute install. No drilling. I know many companies make safes for the center console and that’s probably the more popular route I just don’t care for it.

    Metric 12x1.25 I think.

Got a basic shape for the shifter then drilled into it the size of the flats on a metric nut. Then used a small "V" carving chisel to shape the hole to the nut. I placed the nut on the shifter and then put the new knob on the right way so it would stop facing forward. The nut is glued in using a mixture of fine sawdust and superglue, though epoxy would work too.

I had blackout tape leftover from work I had done on my Rav 4 when I still owned it. Threw it out a few days ago when I cleaned out my garage. It was just yesterday I thought of this very idea. Now I seen it done I wish I still had it. Looks great. How much of a pain to install?
