And I’m spreading grass seed and straw, cutting more trees haha. Next weekend real feel is over 100. All my friends back in pa are bitching about it being cold still. They got fuckin snow yesterday haha. It’s May for crying out loud. Don’t miss that crap at all. 8A94CF44-A05C-433C-87D5-1953A1046A34.jpg

You need a 60" ZTR mower for that yard.

I'm about to start doing some landscaping around our house...get it ready to sell in the next 3-4 years. Figure if I start now, by the time we are ready I'll be finished

Not as big as the pic makes it look but still a decent size yard. Wish it was bigger!

The way land around here is selling us crazy.

    Nice!

We have a bunch of stuff with pine straw and the previous owners used the metal edging which completely destroys weed eater line, so I'm going to rip that shit up and replace it all with some sort of stone block.

I did that when we first bought our place. Don’t be surprised if you see monkey grass sprouting up in that spot for the next year. Shit is resilient if you don’t completely remove it. They should’ve named it herpes grass, can’t get rid of it.

I'm still trying to gather leaves and limbs from all the rain from last week.
I don't get out in the yard as much as I'd like.
Got a nice pile to burn when autumn gets here.

This is the best stuff. Kills anything and everything. Usually goes on sale for $15/gal. and will last for years.

    https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/p...-41-glyphosate-concentrate-1-gal?cm_vc=-10005

    I do:
    1 gal water
    4oz weed killer
1-2oz of blue dawn dishwashing liquid

Takes about 3-4 days to see results.

Don’t spray on anything you don’t want to kill. Accidentally got it on some tree roots and almost killed a big Ash tree. It was turning colors and shedding leafs in the middle of summer last year.

That stuff will stay in the soil for a bit too. I wouldn't use it anywhere near where you intend to plant food. And wait a few weeks before planting any landscaping.

I have to be careful with yard chemicals. My dogs must be part goat, they like to randomly eat dirt, grass, sticks etc... out of the yard. You’d think they don’t get fed.

Nice, looks good man. I planted a jap maple at the old house as soon as we moved in, love them little trees. beautiful color. Have fun with those hedges out front  they look very nicely trimmed in the pic. I hate trimming bushes more than anything. just did mine last night, in prep for mulch this weekend.

We had snow in the middle of June in Wyoming. Literally there was 2 seasons out there snow season and warmish. Snow season lasted like 9 months.
