I’ve got my 17” sport alloys as well as a set is 16” steelies and the 16” alloys that I need to get tires mounted to so I can swap them onto the truck. I’ll add 17” Hutchinson’s to the for sale / trade pile soon.

Had to mow the lawn before this storm comes in. Damn grass was almost knee high due to my mower being broke and all this rain.

I need to trim bad but I'm in the same situation. My trimmers borked and I've not had time to mess with it.

Depending on your year model and trim level you likely have an inverter underneath your center console. Some have wired into it to remove the output reduction feature when the car is in gear and hot wired a custom outlet into the rear of their console for back seat passengers.

Just made a trip to AutoZone and I got some more questions now. Found inner and outer tie rods but they differ from the video by low range offroad of a first gen Tacoma. Pics from video
    Outer:Screenshot_20190516-200640.jpg
    Inner:

    Inner:

    Inner option #2:
    IMG_20190516_201029431.jpg
It looks to me like the outer is the same then I need the inner option #2??? I just don't understand why there are 2 different types of inner tie rod? The video is on a 4x4 and both parts are supposed to be for a 4x4

shorties are for 4wd, the long ones are for 2wd 5 lugs

also wouldn't hurt to get another bellow kit just incase you tear yours, if i remember right they were pretty cheap.

    Thank you for the clarification.
They have them in stock nearby so I can look at then before I buy, then I definitely have my work cut out for me swapping them.

My power washer is broke. I'll let one of you borrow my working trimmer for a working power washer :D.

First thing to go on a gas trimmer is the carburetor. I've rebuilt mine a couple times. You can get a rebuilt kit on Ebay for pretty cheap

Find you a good how-to video online and have at it. Just remember to get the new outer as close as possible to the same distance as the old one

I think the shorties are for all 6 lugs, been many many moons since i changed one all the way back to when i had my '95 :anonymous:

I got my power washer if you need to borrow one. Has a 45ft hose on it for the sprayer end.

I'm good on trimmer, bought that Ryobi 40v one couple years ago and it's been great.

I've got a 2017 TRD Sport 4x4. Hmm wonder if I can find that inverter maybe I can just branch off the live wire from it?

How big is your yard? I've always stayed away from the non gas powered trimmers.

If it’s in the same place as it is in 2nd gens then I can’t imagine it would be that difficult. And while your at it you can pull a few more bolts and sound dampen the floor at the same time.
