@glorifiedwelder is in Newhall, not too far from the Pasadena area. He's usually really busy with fabrication/installs from other TW members but if you hit him up he might be able to help you out.

Also @Shmellmopwho is in the Torrance area

I'm not sure if @Anthony250 does welding but he does shock rebuilds and suspension installs, maybe try him too since he's in the San Gabriel Valley

Thanks Ryan. I think op may have sent me a message already.

@tacoturdpro i have done a few pairs of 4x innovations sliders, but to be honest most of the time I quote them it’s a waste of time. People buy those sliders cause they are the cheapest, but what they don’t realize is they take twice as much work to install because they are only halfway complete. You save on the cost of sliders, but by the time you’re done you’ve got $700 into a set of sliders that aren’t near as nice as if you bought $700 sliders to begin with.

I’m currently pretty swamped these days, but I may be able to work you in. I’d also check out @GHOST SHIP @desertjunkie760 and @Shmellmopwho i can guarantee all three of them will be cheaper than me.

    Thanks for the tag!

I've done a few sets of 4x Innovations sliders but like Jason said, they are half way done so you have to calculate labor costs. Send me a PM and I can get you a quote and we can work on a schedule.

I'm based out of San Diego.

I've welded on a complete set of sliders before (not 4x) and THAT was a PITA. I couldn't even imagine a 4x set.

The “real” move @tacoturdpro would be to sell your 4x sliders and buy a set of Shane’s pelfrey sliders. I bet the pricing would be similar

They are definitely a good deal, especially if you’re a do it yourself guy. Then I think it’s a great option. But depending on how much value you put on your time, or if you’re gonna pay to have them installed. Their are better options.

Once you’ve done a few or have build custom sliders it gets pretty easy but you still have to mock them up a few times to make sure they will fit properly

I actually think welding a set of 4x sliders isn’t too bad compared to building a complete set, but to be honest if I never touched another slider it wouldn’t bother me one bit. If your picky when it comes to fit and install, it can be a bitch to get them sitting perfectly on the truck so you can tack everything, it’s easy but takes time.

I found the prep and fitting to be the easiest part. The welding sucked lol I felt like I was doing a constant half sit up and getting the top of the mounting plate was a bitch.
