Bank 1 should be the driver side. Downstream should be the sensor closest to the catalytic converter.

 

DS but it's the second O2 sensor. It'll be the one in y-pipe a little bit before the second cat. What code are you getting?

 

Holy Fawk I just checked the specs for that since it looked like it has a really long WB yep 137" only 3" shorter than my TL and it doesn't even have a full length bed. Ouch. Jeep should of done a little bit better job with this one.
