Thanks for the reply and info. Please keep us updated on the progress once you get the airbags set up. Also, have you considered using the daystar cradles with the air bags? You are going down the same path I’m looking at so I’ll watch your progress along the way. Do you have a build page?

Picked up a used trans out of a 5lug with 77k on it for $375 and replaced mine that had 249k on it. Input shaft was worn on mine pretty good

Yes I do have a build page I'll post the link to it. I really like the idea of the Daystar cradles. On my last truck I went with the air lift bags and didn't like the "w" it provided on the leafs when it had a load. This and the fact that the Firestones work with the Daystar are what is making me choose them. Luckily for me I have a 4wp right down the road I can go pick the cradles up anytime. What are you looking to get trailer wise?

I haven’t decided yet on which trailer. My wife and I have been to a couple of small shows and checked out various ones. Right now I’m in the process of upgrading suspension so I want to do this once if possible. That’s why I’m looking at the airbags and cradles. It will probably be a little while until I get the trailer but I do pull a 10’ flatbed occasionally and when I do the load always sags which I hate. My biggest concerns are the daily ride quality and off-road capability of air bags.

About to order these guys. Just wondering if that's the correct bolt pattern for 2wd?

    You have a TRD Sport, so it's a 6 Lug, so 6x5.5
