What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

My SPC arm got knocked way out of camber on one side last week and I drive home for 80 miles or so before I realized that was the culprit. Didn't see any abnormal tire wear from it, and one of the tires was pretty dang slanted

 

What 12" wide tires?

 

Anyone have a junk bed they want to cut me a patch panel for. Also thinking of just throwing down a piece of wood then putting a bed liner over it. Found a liner for 50 bucks just gotta go pick it up.

Should I go wheeling or drive across LA to buy some used fender flares.....decisions

 

Drive across la get flares then go offroading

 

There must be a way to do both.

 

Opposite directions unfortunately, Im debating on the flares now too...he'll let them go for 75 which is cheap for good flares, but they're only the rears and my rears are still in decent shape. Fronts are mostly what I'm looking for.

 

I get 15mpg on a good day, and I have to buy premium fuel at CA prices ($4.15/gallon) ...that'll hurt the wallet

Those are the 9x14’s on my 4runner hood, pretty much same lines...I’ll throw some on the taco soon too. They definitely let some heat blow out!

It just slightly doesn’t match the LCE valve cover since the valve cover is powdercoated and the supercharger isn’t.

I almost painted the intake tube in red but I decided against it.

I hear ya, if I don't go out I'll be stuck here too. But saving money also sounds good. Boring but good...decisions

 

Those are likely the ones I'll go with.

 

I need to rebuild my power steering pump its leaking bad from the shaft but all my tools are at my work which is closed. I probably have the tools to do it except for my torque wrench which I know is at work. Also cant do much because of my recent ear surgery I cant have much elevation change.
