I bought a set of Depo Pro tails and Staged 2 those and kept my OEMs original.

Pictures don't do it justice but it's BRIGHT. When I unlocked it I made the mistake of looking at the turn signals...my vision returned later on. The whole side of the house, everything behind me, and the rest of the city are bathed in the bold red and white colors of Stage 2. And the switchback bulb is deliciously crisp like the perfect apple.

Sorry if this has been posted in this thread already. I finally installed my stage 2 kit today (got one in the first batch) but I had an issue with the resister. If I have it attached, the turn signal flashes once and then stops all together. When I disconnect the resister, it seems to be working fine. Is it ok to leave it disconnected? I didn't see any hyperflash issues. Could this be related to the load from having the MESO turn signals installed as well?

I believe MESO stated there is no need for resisters on stage 2

No need for resistors in stage 2. Which is the reason I started selling the kit without them. Perfectly fine to run them without

    You should be fine.

I'm running retrofitted headlights with Diode Dynamics SwitchBack DRL's, and JDM All-Star 7443 Amber bulbs with resistor, Meso Customs V4 led mirror turn signals and Meso Customs Total Tailights Stage 2.

    No Hyperflashing whatsoever...

Mine were working great with or without my VLED Resistors . I unplugged em yesterday and they are working the same. It was probably borderline resistance. I just left em unplugged. Working Great. The only problem with the Stage 2s. People following you after they see em , night or day. They gotta ask about em.

If you have tritons up front and the ultimate mirror lights and stage 2 you won’t need any resistors (exact setup I have). But being as you have resistors currently up front is it safe to assume you don’t have the ultimate mirror lights? If that’s the case you may need to keep the resistors on the front.
