Last of these. Took longer to change my oil and filters because I lost daylight from messing around and then couldn’t see where the damn oil was on the dipstick because my light wasn’t picking up hyper thin synthetic line very well..

..then the dog decided to go bunny chasing when I was done and felt confident in her to not leash her. Wrong move, Kyle. Good thing my smarter half wasn’t here to witness that.

    I turned 21 in ‘03 too :fistbump:

I was initially into Czech and German pilsners but since then I’ve been into hoppy beers.

I didn’t get into IPAs until three years ago when my buddy that works at DFH gave us a tour and we drank 60 Minute all day. After that, I haven’t looked back.

Before then I drank Crown Royal.. a lot of Crown Royal.

I think I have seen this before. There is definitely a burgeoning Mead and Cider business. I have seen the space dedicated to the selections grow as well as the styles. I didn’t venture there before I was cut-off, but I think it would have been quite the rabbit hole.

This was Batch 1 of this. You’ve never seen these bottles before. Unless you saw them last week, when it was first released. But there was only 100 bottles releases.
We got 4 (2 pp limit) on yesterday’s release which is not pictured. Someone already offered us $80 for a bottle of it.

I stand corrected. Similar looking bottle/label perhaps.

A nice clean session IPA on this hot Sunday afternoon while preparing to go back to work tomorrow. I am enjoying this beer in my new Endgame glass I got from glass to mouth. Potential Spoilers exist on this glass if anyone in here cares.

Yeah. It’s honestly some of the best mead I’ve ever had. But I still wouldn’t pay $80 for it. We paid 31 including Eventbrite fees per bottle. But her friend offered her 80 so I said fuck ya. 50 bucks profit, I’ll take it. May try and offload some of my other bottles as well that I have sitting around cuz I know he will buy it or he knows people who will. I need to do some garage mods lol

Yeah, you can’t turn down a 100%+ profit for sure. I’ve only had homemade mead (sounds so nerdy). Hell, that Farmhouse 45 and Bedtime Story are the first BA offerings I've had, largely due to me missing releases combined with secondary asking prices.

I want a 4pk of Great Notion Double Stack. So damn good.
