Whats everyones thought on buying tires from walmart? Read rumors that they aren't the same quality you would get elsewhere..any truth to this statement? Also read the tires are probably older and to check the tire date? Whats the method to do this and a good thresehold?

Checking out falken at3 wildpeaks and they have the best price on them (see link)

**also already submitted price match to discount tire so hoping they will match lol*

Ive gotten tires there in the past. Just as good as any other place. They were for a Honda prelude but I'm sure the truck tires are good too.

I’v Not had any problems with Wally World tires. However, get them mounted somewhere else.

There'll be a small box on the tires to check the production date. First number is week, second is year. Week 11 (3rd week of March) 2016 for these here.

Walmart tires are fine. I usually get mine there. Also, walmarts are everywhere should you need to use the roadhazard warranty.

Don't forget Walmart's very generous return policy.

Did discount tire match this price? I'm looking at the same tire and faced with the same question about Walmart tires.

There are certain products that manufacturers make only to be sold at Walmart, or any other big store. Some of those may be of lesser quality, maybe not. But if the product is available elsewhere, it is the same product.
