What we would do is lay corrugated iron about 12” above the direct burial MV cable and then red caution tape about 12” above that and then yellow tape 12” above that. A JCB don’t care, but at least it may pull up enough to get someone’s attention. Quick and dirty in east africa

well I had to bust through some limestone shelf’s along with rocks and it’s a little over a foot deep. I need water to be deep for winter and deep for summer to have cold water.

Red beans, chili powder, onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes, dehydrated tomato, tomato sauce, chili mix, salt, bacon, sausage and hamburger....has a little bite to it. Lift the lid and you know it'll be interesting. It's a really slow heat.

Nah...a couple cracker smooth it out.

I like to cook all the peppers down till the only thing left is the skin then skim those out.

It's subtle but lingers. I tasted it 15 minutes ago and I can still taste it. But it doesn't have an immediate heat above subtle. I've never made a batch quite like this one. And I've never put bacon in chili either. I do use burger and sausage in a few other concoctions though. I almost threw chorizo in also...maybe next time.

I calmed it down with a can of kidney beans and a few pinches of salt. Thought that was pretty good. Scooped up a small bowl, now I'm sweating. This stuff will cure what ails you!

I had a friend like that once. Told his mom he loves salsa. He calls me up one time asking what stops the peppers from burning..."I don't know. Why?" "My mom hand chopped the peppers (instead of using a food processor), wasn't wearing gloves and she is in pain!". He made up sauces and concoctions occasionally and one whif warned me off.

    Looks great Mike!

    I agree 110%

    That’s funny:rofl:

Estrogen invasion is over!! Daughter (and wife) is sufficiently excited about getting married! Retreated to the Farm & Fleet store with BIL and nephew. Treated them to Famous Dave’s for lunch and returned and most of the women had left.

Wife and I will spend the evening putting the house back together. Two parties back to back take a toll!
