Have a SnugTop with Yakima tracks pre-installed.

Is there universal hardware for attaching a prinsu/victory/etc. type rack directly to the shell?

Or do I need to invest in Yakima control or skyline towers with landing pads, etc.?

Sorry to ask what seems easy to search, but searches come up empty or overwhelming to sift.

    Thanks!

It's what I did. Save yourself a few hundred dollars, and have a lower profile.

Absolutely. I’ll get some decent pics tomorrow.

Thanks! Since I had round bars I found some control towers on Craigslist and now have my rooftop box on. Towers were $100 used and he sold me some new landing pads for $70 for all four. All-in-all, I am happy albeit with a higher profile ;) but good to reuse what I have. Although the solution above is actually closer to what I wanted!

Great installation!! Tks for the photos. Gotta get the extension for my Loadwarrior.

    Is it noisy?

Thx, but I went straight off of @joeyzoolander rack thread. Worked like a charm. I haven’t noticed any noise. I’m super happy with it, and for the money I saved.
