Hmm, do you think it would be possible to custom order from deaver a shorter pack with the same specs? Idk if that would mess with how the pack cycles.

@mightym How's your truck sit at ride height with that shackle-leaf configuration? Trying to see where it sits in relation to uptravel to the bumps. I've got 6.5" vertical of travel to the bump at ride height right now.

If measuring from top of bump to bottom of frame I'm only seeing 3.5". Full compress is close to 6.5". From my new high clearance bumper and all the weight in the bed though I'm at close to 400 lbs all day in the back. Might need Deaver to re-arch them and/or add a leaf. Let me know if you need more info.

Got them installed and the truck rides awesome. They were worth the wait! I installed them at the same time as the shocks and springs so I'm not sure how much was the hangers vs the rest. But the outcome was perfect. They're paired with the Icon RXTs and Bilstein shocks. I can't wait to put everything to the test this weekend.

Thanks for the feedback, I like that you put the washers on the outside to protect the powder coat on the hangers. That's what I envision as best way

This review just came in from @bikerx

"Oh man Eric , I love the Hangers! Feels so good. Even my passengers that I normally take wheeling noticed how smooth the rear end feels now. That's saying a lot from regular folks that have no idea" (OME Dakars)

For those who have done this install, how long did it take you? I’m trying to decide if I can do this and a shock relocation tomorrow or If I need to get started tonight

I'd set aside minimum of 12 hours for shock relocation and HH install. Relocation is a bear cutting off the stock shock mounts...and then the frame rivets

I’ll parrot everyone else and recommend get started now. Even if it’s just cutting stock shock mounts off, that way you could still move the truck around the driveway if needed for whatever reason

Thanks for the response everyone! I pulled the truck into the shop and took the bed off, jacked it up and got the air compressor ready to go for an EARLY start tomorrow. Had some stuff that had to get done tonight so unfortunately I couldn’t get a better start. But I will still be trying to knock it all out in a long day!

Noon update for those interested, stock hangers and rivets are out, stock upper shock mounts are out. Just have to cut the lowers off, then it all goes back together!

Done! Cleaned up and back on the road! As y’all said, the two installs plus brake lines and adding a leaf took 12 hours on the dot lol

Hopefully not, GoDaddy pushed me to their new "better" storefront, but so far I lost the categories for easy navigation. Work in progress, please let me know if there are issues and I'll work to fix it.
