Lander seems like a great place to live. It is one of several places I've considered for the future.

 

@INBONESTRYKER it will be with the BLM still. Which is good! I really enjoy it here.

Nothing is for sure but the pieces are falling in place. I won’t hesitate to pull the trigger if I get the chance.

Lizzy and I picked Lander as one of those locations we couldn’t pass up. We aren’t looking forward to leaving but the possibility of Lander makes thing much easier.

Haha, pretty much. Moved in two weeks ago and finishing the little stuff while living here. So glad all the tile is done. That's something I'm not a huge fan of. Everything is working well so far.
Baby number 2 is due any day so we moved in just in time... lol

 

yeah they are nuts. But been that way forever. A clean one that built usually been around 60-120k. Stupid.

MKIIIs got cheaper though last I looked.

dang. Only rain here...a lot. Red Lodge mountain got like over a foot and 22'' more coming supposedly. Should reopen the mountain for skiing haha

Shits expensive to devolpe and car makers just aren't moving sports cars like they did. Doesn't help they are all hella pricey now and most young folks...don't care about driving.

lol yeah i suppose. I find it amazing that at the money I make finding a house that isn't a run down POS that I can afford(safely afford mind you, as in not 50%+ my pay every month for just a mortgage payment) is nearly impossible. Just crazy.

Almost moved on a house this weekend. Its been for sale for 3 days and its gone already. Was a POS house too, the walls, floor, and likely foundation needed replaced. was still listed at 204k....like wtf? did have a 30x40 shop though...so that was tempting.

Just frustrating. Im done for now. Summer is almost hear and I won't want to move during concert season. Might end up trying to move to Powell again anyways, way cheaper housing.
