Oh no sorry. If you want a builder kit palmetto is the best. Honestly you'll have more fun with one of these though. 9mm is a lot cheaper to shoot and you're working your skills on the same Platform as an AR15. Plus nothing is better than a 9mm AR pistol surpressed

Then what what lower would y'all recommend? And would I need anything else besides some magazines?

Also, aren't rifles under like 16" regulated? Can someone school me on that?

 

Thats a good kit and you wouldn't be sorry. Any lower is fine. I've used plenty of Anderson lowers on builds and never had an issue. A lower is a lower. All depends on what name you want on it.

Rifles with a barrel under 16" requires a tax stamp but there's a lot more that goes into it. A pistol is an AR platform but uses a pistol brace rather than a stock. That is the difference between and SBR and a pistol. you can legally shoulder both but the pistol you can take over state lines without "notifying" the ATF. Until they decide to change things again.

Don't worry about the tax stamp for now and just do the brace. You're not missing anything by putting a stock vs a brace on it. You can shoulder it the same
