Changed an oil pressure sensor for a close friend last night on a 5.3 vortec. One of the dumbest places ever to put a sensor. Got it changed in 30 mins cause I have small arms but man did that suck. Local shop quoted him 4 hours. Wtf. Feel bad for all the people getting ripped off by shops and also him for diving that pos Chevy. Has 140k on the clock, feels like you’re driving a tuna can filled with marbles down the road.

Yesterday, I was at work- helping to transfer all the goods at one CVS to another (store closing). I drove the manager’s dual cab short bed F150 & was surprised how big the cab felt.
I prefer the smaller cab ....

Also, folks were shocked at how much I carried with the hard tonneau (& spare in the bed) doubling the small SUV another was using.

That is the full side of an aisle in my small truck (only moving 1.5 miles, all slow speed, but over-strapped).

This weekend, while waiting on baseball warmups, I was playing with making a graphic based on SR5 & S Runner emblems to use on my truck.
I’m playing with SC & various numbers, as well as SC Runner.

I did an SCR ... (Sport Cart Runner).
    Kid said: “SCRAT!”

That’s the saber tooth squirrel-rat from Ice Age.

I’m not sold, esp. as 2002 was well after the 1995 of the truck & I like to name stuff that dates to or before vehicle manufacturing date.

    What I’m planning:
SC(something) for a cab side graphic (like the old SR5)
Emblem for metal intake crossover tube (factory intake)- with some sort of custom shop/mod/cool graphic. It’s only visible with the hood up.
MAYBE- small text, bottom left on tailgate. Gate will already have a huge white TOYOTA & a small yellow TACO (shortened Tacoma graphic) on the bottom right. More could be to much.

Scrat could be used in the underhood graphic or a small side (front fender). Maybe. Scrat hauling a radio-flyer style wagon?

Tuna van was funnier, I imagined a van filled with tuna cans & marbles going along a bumpy road.

Amazon stuff is so hit or miss now a days. I just got a "Precision Screwdriver set" (little multi-bit set that works great for electronics) for work. Stupid thing is 100% Chineseium. The driver is loose in the handle.. the case has already broken in a spot and not holding one of the pieces properly.

The card it came said it had a 12 month Guarantee.. I've e-mailed their support line. We'll see how that works.

I've had issues before with things like screen protectors. I almost always go with a name brand, highly rated item otherwise there's 100 Chinese copycats on there selling the same junk under different names.

I'm gonna have shop a little better on there. There's waay too many Chinese copycats on Amazon right now. Those and fake reviews (that make absolutely zero sense sometimes) are running rampant.

BTW, Congrats to you and Mrs. Toysrgood!
