Working on the mall rating before I head to the old homestead in Emerald Isle next week. Don’t know if i’ll ride through the Croatan but you never know?

Does anyone know of a good self-serve carwash spot in the Charlotte area? Or up in Huntersville area? Last time I went through the drive thru it ripped my antenna off along with the drip molding.

I saw that on the news. Statesville isn’t telling them they can’t have a flag, but it larger than the ordinance allows. It’s like $50/day fine.

I would call that an operating expense!

But Statesville leaders should have known it was their culture to fly that big ol’ flag before they gave the building permit!

I understand. My question is when was the oridinance put in place? I would assume before the flag was raised, so why is it just now an issue..?

Believe it was already in place. News was speaking of an accumulated fine. So this has been going on for a while, news just brought the issue back again..

Hi all - will be around Brevard/Pisgah this weekend, the cabins we will be in don't open up until Saturday - does anyone know of some good car camping locations near Art Loeb trail area? A couple of the legit campgrounds we contacted seem to be full... trying to not end up on the side of a road haha

    Thanks!

I almost always camp at Davidson River Campground, but they may be booked. There are also a bunch of nice spots off of Yellow Gap Road.

John Rock near the fish hatchery, but it's a Mile hike in.

Thanks for the recommendations y'all. We going to try our luck with one of the Davidson River walk up sites - hopefully we can find a spot to squeeze and sleep in our car tents since its just one night.

Hit this place up on Friday after work - pretty decent spot for anyone in that area. Despite playing beat the clock trying to get everything washed before I run out of quarters. Thanks for the recommendation!

JBA UCAs are the tits. Strongly recommend. Truck drives much better at highway speeds now.
