I think they just require each manufacturer to give them some kind of documentation that they acknowledge Prop 65 before they'll ship their products to CA, and they just haven't gotten anything from those that we get that notification on. Just Rockauto's way of covering their own ass in case something comes of it.

I don't know what the deal is. I clicked on quite a few parts, like $12 ball joints from places I've never heard of and there weren't any restrictions on those. Seems pretty random....

Anyone using $12 ball joints should be required to paint their wheels bright green or something so I know to stay far away from them on the road lol

If anything, THAT is what CA should restrict you from buying here, lol

Any critical piece of suspension/steering hardware that keeps you going down the highway straight should cost at least... $20...

Wait, are you talking about the "crooked" kind of "not straight" or the other kind of "not straight"??

Pretty sure Ive located my leaf squeak to be the leaf spring bushings on the shackle side. Gonna have a friend come over to help me pinpoint it, but best I can tell by myself thats it. If it is the issue, since these are aftermarket springs, no other bushings will work. So my only option is to pop them out and regrease then reinstall. Should be able to do it without even jacking the truck up hopefully.

I tried doing that when I swapped bushings over to greasable ones and it was a major pain the ass if not impossible to line them back up again, honestly I don't remember if I ended up having to use the floor jack under the diff but I do remember struggling hard to push the leafs down and line them up with the shackle. They immediately snap upward into the bottom of the bed once you take that bolt out. I finally got it in place with a lot of pry bar action and some muscle.

I was also fighting against the stiffness of the Expos so yours should be easier than mine

Yep, it’s Injector 4. When you try to crank the engine you can see fuel squirting from the ‘O’ Ring on the fuel rail.

That’s preventing me from getting good fuel pressure which is why it won’t start.

No, relatively simple. Just have to replace that ‘O’ Ring.

Issue is it’s pouring rain right now, I’ll probably set up the canopy later.
