No not yet . I've had a lot of people ask me about it but seems like once I start laying out all the details of the truck as far as what's been done to it and modifications. pictures and videos . They end up acting scared say it's a little bit too much of a truck for them hahahahah

Just don't delve too much into detail unless they ask direct questions about something. Just answer their questions as short and direct as possible. Be vague to a point. I always hated selling my modified stuff it's always harder and ends up taking longer.

 I deal with lowballers all the time. they come up with some low ass number, usually about half the quoted price, I ask them what part of the scope do they want to delete ? Which part of the building do you not want to do?

I do the same thing. I quoted a couple how much I would charge to do a full set of construction drawings. They said but we can buy blueprints online. I had to explain the difference in basic blue prints and ready to submit construction drawings. They still wanted to low ball so I said I'd give them a house half the size. Apparently they didn't like that too much haven't heard back

Customers like that I'd rather not deal with though

Freelance makes that happen. If I worked for a firm they would probably be fighting over every customer and taking the ones that do a change order every other day and don't really know what they want.
You should move to NC and work in the RTP area you'll get Indians that want to barter and trade stuff for work.

Haha, sounds like the one guy that wanted to buy mine. Told me to meet him at the bank for him to finish the paperwork for his loan and he definitely wanted it. So I met him, he goes can you fix the windshield cuz it’s cracked I told him that was fine. Then he goes can you put different tires on it because those mud terrains ride to rough. So I told him I think I’ll hold off selling you my truck because it sounds like you need a car.

So my ac light started flashing on the way home... I cut it off until i got home. When i got home i popped the hood and turned it on again.. and it smells like the clutch is burned out.:annoyed:

So.. if i leave the AC off, is it still ok to drive?

Hmm I would think not for long. There's a thread on here somewhere about replacing the clutch. It's not a bad job, I did it on my wife's accord...That was a pain.

Soooo...what’s the friends and family discount? We’re thinking about building this next go around.

We’re up quite a bit in equity in our house. Will make a solid down payment on new construction...assuming the market holds for a few more years.

1% of the total budget of the build

But am not going to be doing it for much longer solo. Shit's slowed up and I am letting my software keys lapse end of the yr. It hasn't been worth it for me lately. Additions, sheds, and garages just don't pay enough.
