Not looking good. Pavs and EK banged up badly. St.Louis has all the momentum and Binnington is playing really solid. Sharks would need to really come out flying in this next game but I thought they would have yesterday.

So much for everyone saying that the physical style can't win in the playoffs. Boston (and if St.L wins) would put that to rest, since they both thrive on relentless forecheck and have D-men that are really physical.

 

Why are Kings fans so hard to understand? I thought our schools were supposed to be the dumps.

 

True on the PP but as far as their overall game plan, I don't know what else they could do? I mean Jones has been good but not great. Binnington has been great, similar to Rask. SJ had a chance to make a statement on the 1st shift of that last game and hit the post. That goes in, that could be a completely different game. They have had Binnington down and out of position numerous times this series and came away with nothing. Aside from the last game, every other game was periods of their cycle/possession game and somehow didn't score. That is really on the players for not capitalizing on their chances than it is coaching or system, in my opinion. Very small margin for error in the conference finals. I feel like at this point they look out of gas more than anything (and banged up)
