Yeah, I used to enjoy the Friday threads there, but it got to be a little much.
This is more my speed. Crazy, but in a good way.

 

Why not just stay out of 3rd gen for awhile? Tough, ain't it? That's where the action is.

 

Actually really slow. I ran into an issue... my welding is shit. So I’m looking into a better welder, and been practicing on sheet metal not on the car.

I got pretty decent at bending the metal into place, but my welds were coming out really bad

Edit: Also I found out that most companies stopped making the 350. So I’m going with the 360, then I gotta figure out the transmission and driveline situation. Then I’m tackling the brake conversion

 

I never intentionally go to the 3rd gen section, it’s a shit show.
