    really want to do this but the truck is a lease. worried that the dealer will make a stink if I take it in for service and its not stock. I plan on eventually buying it out of the lease but am hesitant to do too much before then.

    Mine is leased too, I’ve never had a problem, aaand the grill does nothing to the truck that isn’t reversible. Worst case scenario you just throw the old one back in, which admittedly is a slight pain in the ass but that’s worst case...
    BTW, I have heard some dealers are NOT performing the sensor recall if you have anything other than your truck’s original grill, so if you have that recall do that service first, just so you don’t have to swap them to get that done.

    Is there anywhere I can check if I have that recall? As far as I know I don’t have it. Got the truck in mid April and have yet to receive anything

    On another note, yours being a lease also, what else have you done to modify it? I’ve only done minor cosmetic stuff.. blackout kit, sill protectors, etc
