    ISSUE:

Weird humming/vibration noise when driving past 40mph
Sounded like a exhaust leak or as if I had an exhaust
Found out it was the bearings when I was driving 60mph & completely shut off the truck therefore that removed any possibility of it being related to the motor

    TROUBLESHOOTIG:

    New brake pads
    New rotors
Triple checked every suspension part was torqued down properly
    New U-joints
    Balanced tires
    Checked for exhaust leaks

    PROBLEM SOLVED!!

The issue was my wheel bearings. I don't know which one because I changed both.
    Truck rides so much smoother!

Does it go away in 4wd? If yes, then it's likely the driver's side needle bearing.

Could be a wheel bearing, do some circles in each direction in a parking lot and see if you can get it to happen

I’ve concluded it’s not the wheel bearing. The noise is present when going 35mph+ and gets louder when around 60mph. I just greased the u joints and notice the one in the rear closes to the rear diff did not accept any grease, it spit it back out

Zerk is spring loaded and clogged/rusted so simply push that center pin in with a small phillips screwdriver or awl and see if it takes grease then - or remove and replace zerk. Noise search can then rule that out or not.

I went ahead and bought new Moog joints. Gonna install them today, hoping that solves the vibe issue.

The noise is consistent from 45+ & is there when I’m slowing down
Applying the brakes doesn’t matter, it’s still noticeable

    I’m hoping it’s just the u joints

    Will keep you updated

    That one is new lol

The noise isn’t as noticeable, I’m just picky and any little noise irks me.
Not sure, maybe it’s just a normal noise

Yup, weird thing is it’s louder with the windows up. When they’re down you can’t hear anything

Wheel bearings are common on these trucks, and giant tires/spacers can really put strain on them. They get louder with speed.

Rule with bearings vs tires, if you can hear it with the windows down, its tires. Windows up only, its likely a bearing.

I've got a new sound and vibration that I was thinking was due to a recent lift, but it feels more contained to the front right side and provides some resistance when driving (noticeable like light braking when slowing down). Sort of sounds like tire noise from mud tires but only at 1/2second intervals (whir whir whir) and the BFGs K02s I have never really generated much noise.
Noticeable at all speeds, under load and not. I'm thinking it could be a bearing issue too. Do my symptoms sound like yours did OP?
It's going to the shop in two days.

    Yours might be different
What concluded my issue was that I was driving 60mph then turned off the truck and the noise was still present.
Applying the brakes made 0 difference for me, the noise was always there as long as I was going 40+

Does your noise go away in 4wheel drive?
If so, more than likely drivers side needle bearing
