Let’s put it this way, the rich are very rich and the poor is very poor. No middle ground.

 

They're all doing life wrong, but that's okay, they'll learn. Takes time to figure out how everything works and lots of people just see the bigger pay check and never bother to compute the expenses.

 

Middle class has to exist. or you end up like russia.

 

I’m biased but it also comes down to quality of life. I’m preaching to a graveyard right now, but some people move here because they like don’t want to live in the middle of Mississippi anymore.

 

my buddy got moved to san fran last year by cisco.. hes barely making ends meet with its over double the pay from his previous job..

My GF is out in cali for school. she hates it. she doesnt even feel safe in the heart of LA.

My dad got mugged out in Burbank when I was around 2-3 months old in early 2002.

 

I wonder what would happen if you split up NorCal and socal, they both blow but I bet NorCal would get a bit cheaper to exist in
