    That's hardcore man. Mucho respect to all you marathon runners, much less an Ironman event!

    Haven’t heard of too many other folks shooting Spot Hogg sights. I have a wrapped hunter and I love it.

    I have shot Spot Hogg for years now. My wife has the Hunter on her Parker bow. I love the .10 pins, they are really precise at longer distances!

    You’re doing more than 97% of the folks out there! Keep up the good venture!

    So scotty is a runner too eh? We should all get together and go for a leisurely run sometime. Im down for a 5k and thats about it. It stops being fun for me after that!

    They are definitely not cheap, but well worth the money. Was hard to bite the bullet at over twice the price of most all other sights on the market.

    My wife said she would never run and would never be able to run a mile. She eventually went back on that and I made us a goal to run a 5k in 30min. We did it in 26 minutes and haven’t ran since, lol

    bahaha it just cracks me up that people just "run for fun"

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
    Scotty is most def NOT a runner. I just like to play sports, so that's where I've been trying to get my cardio in. As Pat said I am prone to shin splints that I am trying to train and work out..

    hey hey hey....you right...

    Hoyt only. Been a few years since I shot ASA and BHA but always get in a few days of archery hunting in addition to gun hunting each year. Placed first in Alabama state archery senior division contest several years ago. Didn't hurt that I was the only one participating in my class!!!:p

    Been using Sword Accusite sights for years after seeing one on a guys bow at an ASA shoot. The .10 size pins are incredible.

    Get a gym membership. I've lost almost 10 lbs since joining a gym 6 weeks ago. I have also drastically changed my diet as well. I haven't cut anything out, just eating in moderation. I eat 5-6 fruits a day, yogurt, granola, grilled/baked and lots of veggies. After my gall bladder surgery, I feel like a million bucks!

    “Diet” is probably closer to 90% of the problem.

    Also don’t “diet”.....diets suck and don’t work

    High intensity training. So sprints for like 30 sec on 45 off for 15-20 min. Do that while fasted and eat cleaner and you will have no problem dropping weight.

    Low intensity steady state is pretty good for losing fat. I dropped about 8% body fat last year doing that while maintaining my same weight. Lost fat and gained muscle at the same time.
