What waivers you need? And I can ask him, not sure if he has experience with the aviation MOSs but I could ask

Ha.. I hear ya. When my wife first wanted one I was like ... uuhhh... no. But when I started looking into them, and saw that adventure package came with a 4:1 t-case, and 456 gears and the locker etc I was like hmm. We've had ours since it was new, and I have to say I don't really have anything bad to say about it's performance through the years. I've had it loaded to the gills on mountain roads and it chugs along just fine. I've gotten it into places that I didn't think it would go. So, in the end I had to eat some crow. I've been trying to get her into a new 4runner but she still likes the H3, and even though she doesn't mind the idea of a new 4r.. she doesn't want any car payments for a little while. Plus, I like keeping it around cause if it ever gets totaled .. or ruined .. or the engine explodes .. I've got first dibs on that 4:1 t-case.

I recently logged into my old photobucket account which I haven't looked into in years .. and years.. and found this old pic from 2007. This was a invitation only trail day on a private ranch not too far from Medina TX .. and it was catered .. with brisket and all the fixings no less! I'm terrible about taking pics when I'm wheeling, I guess I'm just enjoying being out too much to mess with it, but at the end of one of the trails, a guy who was already at the end told me he would take a pic if I had a camera, so there it is. lol

Hey no worries, there is a Texas section as well to reach out to everyone letting them know you are looking for stuff as well. The site is a little overwhelming at first but you will get the hang of it.

Duplicate post from my build, but want to get the word out about LCE... what a disappointment..

Well hate to say, but im extremely disappointed in LCE. I am going to be removing their flywheel and clutch plate and replacing it with one from a company that will stand behind their product. I have been having vibrations and rattles since day one of installing their dual comp clutch and lightweight flywheel. I called multiple times within the first couple of months trying to get the issues sorted out with their support techs. Conveniently, none of the 5 or 6 people i spoke with ever made any notes in their customer service system, so they are now denying coverage because my clutch is more than 3 months old and they have no record of me contacting them. They gave me the cold shoulder and basically told me to contact clutchmasters (the manufacturer). When i spoke with them, they stated that i would have to pull the trans, send in the pressure plate, and basically be without a vehicle until they can warranty it. I dont typically get angry, but this has got me pretty upset. Seems like LCE should do something besides tell me there's nothing they can do after i've purchased a grand worth of shit from them

I was considering buying a s/c from them when it came out, but there is no way in hell that's happening now. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy:(
