FYI quite easy to open your CAL, and the other one as a compare file to see which values have been change, click on difference values and make everything 0.... boom.

You can’t write my tune directly you have to copy my values to your read file.

Edit: never mind, I see Justin helped you merge the data over. Don’t worry, @HPTuners will get it sorted for you pretty quickly!

Hey everyone. I could use some help chasing down what has proven to be an elusive problem. And, I can’t really get on board with tuning until it’s resolved.

What I’m up against is high fuel trims (20%) in the higher vacuum areas. Idle and off throttle decel mostly. I’ve searched exhaustively for vacuum leaks. I’ve clamped every hose there is (Pcv, brake booster, evap, bypass actuator, even the boost pressure port that runs to my gauge.) I've gone hunting everywhere with brake cleaner looking for vacuum leaks. Nothing. Throttle body gasket is good, I checked that too. @JustDSM had suggested a dirty/bad MAF. So, I cleaned mine. No difference. So, I replaced it with a brand new OE part. No difference. I figured there could be a fuel delivery problem. So, I checked fuel pressure. It’s perfect. I’ve even handed it off to a Toyota master tech to have a look at. He tested the a/f sensors as well as the rear o2 sensors with their fancy techstream computer. They’re fine.

I’m really just stuck. Anyone else seen something like this before?

The truck runs fine. I should mention that. Aside from The programmed in faults with the trd tune. Which I’d like to fix.

    Relevant mods:

    Trd intake
    Trd blower
    2.5 pulley
Jba headers with oe cats welded on
    URD y-pipe
    Trd catback

i dunno what would make me happier, beer or boost....

It would be best to start your own thread for that. This really has nothing pertaining to HPTuners other than logging.

Beer. You’d be too worried about mpg’s with boost.

Well, I've considered that. I decided to post it here first because this seems to be a sharp group of guys that know what they're doing.

If fuel trim is +20 in vacuum there’s either unmetered air getting in or injectors not injecting enough fuel. Are you running the FIC injectors?
