    Super cool spot. Don’t allow anyone to get in that river without PFDs. People drown there all the time.
    2 weeks ago, a lady tried crossing with a horse. She went in at the wrong spot. Horse did not make it, and she almost bit it to.
    Just sayin homie. I have kayaked that river countless times. My xbro-in-law was a prof boater for Perception. We used to spend every Thur-Mon there in that exact spot. Love that place.

    That’s wild man:eek: I don’t even own a kayake, so I can’t comment on that unfortunately. Sounds like an investment I should make... but yeah, I LOVE the area. I’ve been camping there since before I could walk and talk, it never gets old!

    I keep missing all these awesome camping adventures. I’m in Alpharetta and was hoping to get out this weekend, and as luck would have it I have a drz too lol. Unfortunately my wife’s out of town this weekend so my son (12) would be with me so no drz unfortunately. Are you going up Friday evening?

    The cabin is 15miles or about 30 min away. Went to Sarah’s Creek campsite and had fun exploring surrounding “trails”, but didn’t see any Tacomas. Absolutely no service within 20 minutes of there, so I couldn’t try to contact you. You’re right, it’s a good spot!

    Ah bummer man! We ended up staying off Earls Ford Rd, when I pulled in Friday evening literally EVERY campsite in the Sarah’s creek campground was taken. I’m planning on doing another trip in two weekends!
