    One of the tenants at my “Mobile Home Court “ is a bail bondsman. He used to share space with a barbershop, nail salon and check cashing/payday loan place.

    One day I was in there just killing time and being the smartass I am I said “Well hell, all you guys need in here now is a tattoo artist “ Everybody laughed and I thought that was the end of it.

    Next day he goes and rents an expensive suite in an office building. I said “Shit man, it was just a joke”
    He said “Well laugh about it when I can’t pay you next month asshole”

    He still hasn’t missed a payment and we still laugh about it.
