He should be dead after that accident, without the seatbelt it launched him into the windshield. I don’t know how he’s still alive to be talking to us right now. It’s really a miracle.

Why do I have zero sympathy?

 

It’s like that 240v outlet I had an electrician wire on the panel I couldn’t shut off. Sure it’s easy and I could do it in a few minutes, but I’m not taking the risk working with a live 240v circuit.

 

And then the airbag punched his neck and chest back. I don't get how he doesn't have spinal injuries... Or maybe they'll reveal themselves later

Yeah, because replacing a transmission is just as dangerous as a highly compressed garage spring with enough tension to kill you in an instant.

 

Working on a live panel will instantly tell you if you have any form of parkinsons or the like. Those shaky hands will make themselves known lol.

 

That assume all risk returns the same possible damage. I have a feeling you knew how dumb the sounded before you pushed post.

 

Only way you can shut service to the main panel is by yanking the meter off and calling PG&E to fix replace it.

 

Your logic makes no sense to me. A garage spring is far more dangerous than a vehicle transmission. A transmission is simply physical weight, a garage spring has high tension with enough power to seriously maim and even kill you.

 

Youre talking to a guy who would probably pull a trans without any sort of proper jack, so to him it probably is a huge risk.

Might work for an auto since it has a nice flat spot to rest it on. A 5 speed would roll right off, especially if it had the t-case still atatched.

I took one look at the 5-lug because I wanted to steal the fuel rail banjo bolt, and I was like “Nope!”

 

I found the banjo bolt on top of the starter so I didn’t have to anyway.
