Best salsa in Hudson Valley? What kind of competition did they have? Best salsa in the Rio Grande Valley are accolades. Hudson Valley? I am not convinced.

Years ago I took 30 days off and rode my motorcycle around the country. Stopped at a restaurant in Sturgis based off smell as I rode past. They were advertising their chili as being voted the best in North Dakota. ND has a few thousand people in the whole state so that was not saying much. I tried it and it was not bad but mine is better.

Pretty sure NVCC there in Manassas offers them. I have been thinking about taking classes on it there.

 

They do. I always wanted to sign up but than laziness kicked in.
