Looks like there are a couple of builders there. Oakwood does not have a stellar reputation as far as I know. They have had some issues with building as quickly as they possibly can and then not being able to properly address problems that owners find after move-in. I'm not as familiar with Lennar though.

Other than that, there is just not much out there other than F-16s from Buckley and 737s from DIA. I have a friend who lives in Green Valley Ranch and commutes to lower downtown every day...

I think 4x are cheapest set off the shelf. The legs need to be welded onto the slider but this allows you to make the angle to your liking. No complaints with mine.

She runs. What more can I ask for?
Teaching mine how to do her oil this weekend. Guess I should make sure she can do a tire while I'm at it.

For a rear window either take the frame to a local glass store and get a piece of safety glass put in for under $100 or go to an ARE dealer for a replacement for something like $600.

Can you measure the length of the main tube for me? Yama is going to get me set up this weekend, I just need to confirm measurements so he can get started. I’m measuring my truck now but als want to hear how long the 4x are.

Always a good thing for anyone to know, especially your significant other. Would suck to know they are somewhere you might not can get to and the only thing between them and safety is the simple ability to change a tire. We all take these skills for granted but to someone that didnt grow up wrenching on a vehicle, I suppose it could be intimidating.

Thanks. My window was plastic though so the frame isnt' your typical window frame.

Someone has mentioned reasonably priced parts, I just can't find the post.

Apparently the 1st Gen Double Cab (short bed) and Xtracabs have the same wheelbase / frame / etc... (I have a double cab short bed)

How long are your sliders, @lambo ? Length of the main tube. I'd check Flickr but it's down.
