Hi all, I just went through and updated my personal service log with all records from Toyota owners that the previous owner and myself have had done at dealership. I am just wondering if this service log looks normal, or if my vehicle is being serviced "too" much and I should be concerned. Note, the previous owner worked at a Toyota dealership so I believe he had it serviced whenever he wanted. All records after September '18 are work I have had done.

Looks normalish to me although I change my fluids a lot more often than I see on there. I go every 3k for oil changes and the diffs,t-case, and transmission every 15-20k.

Service records really are completely inaccurate in general. They are like carfax reports.

If you keep a log then why are they completely inaccurate?

What do you mean? If they are typing in everything (except maybe the recc. work) that is getting done then how is that going to be inaccurate if you ask them to pull your history. Also this is a spreadsheet the OP made looks like he just copied the wording off of his invoices.

    A few observations:
2010 -- no indication of services performed, only symptoms listed, so I don't understand why this is part of a "service log." Hopefully the axle/differential services were done here (59K) and not waited till 117k for the first service.
    What is "NPF"?
Odd that the truck was not driven at all between Nov 2011 and July 2014 (exact same mileage), looks suspicious.

Generally the records before 2018 are spotty. Some of the oil/filter services are at 10k miles and others are at 2600 miles. Either a few services were missed/not done or simply not entered here. Hopefully the latter.
I would not be concerned that the vehicle is being serviced too much. If the truck is in good shape and runs/drives well, I would not be concerned period. But if anything is suspect here, it's the gaps and inconsistencies in the records. The spreadsheet looks like a .csv download available from many website/databases.

I mis-typed, I fixed the Nov 2011 mileage. Everything in all uppercase I got from the service records from toyota owners. I just included everything that was listed there, just to be thorough. The truck does run great, and the body is in great condition. Only thing I need to do still is either get a new front bumper, or just replace the bumper extensions because there is a clunking noise that is a known TSB. Most of the work I have had done is preventative maintenance because like you pointed out, there is a lot of stuff missing like the axle/diff fluids. I am replacing spark plugs next week because I don't know if they have ever been replaced either.
