    My loving wife took pity on me today, coming home with a six pack of Cariboo Blonde....she went to a dance class and dim sum, while I was banished to home building yet more cabinets

    I think I got the better end of the deal, what with the resulting solitude and peace and quiet, no visions of over stretched Lulu Lemon, no line dances and no steamed chicken feet.

    Plus, an upper crust redneck libation with which to enjoy the late afternoon

    Of course, she somewhat tempered the moment of bliss with the observation that this was as close as I would ever get to an attractive young blonde.

    It is indeed a nice refreshing ale, a tiny bit sweet as are all of Pacific Western Brewing's offerings, but crisp and refreshing.

    I like regular IPAs too, just don’t have them here. East coast is obsessed with haze. Literally every brewery except my least favorite in Pittsburgh is haze only.

    Least favorite as in I’d rather drink a Miller Lite over it bad.

    I’ve definitely enjoyed the Revision (Battle of the Lords) and Modern Times (Fraxos, among many others), but they were haze. I remember the MT being one of the first very hazy brews I had.
