That’s good for your wife! My cousin and his wife both became middle school teachers at our rival school district lol. Congratulations to your son! My brother just got his Batchelors of Science in Nursing. Already has a job spot with his name on it at McAllen Medical Center.

Ugh, my math teacher went to Harvard, and expects us to teach ourselves the way she did in the Philippines. Her work assignments are all online... whatever happened to working out equations on good ol’ paper and pencil?!?

 

Thanks brother. I passed my English Writing, and Reading on the first try. The math portion is a whole different story.

Calculators allowed, but show that work.

 

It’s more time consuming to do it on an iPad. Then if you get the question wrong, the values change and you have to start all over again. I want to do it the old school way.

 

What did your wife teach? My best subjects are Social Studies and English.

They aight. The quality just isn’t there. Kenworth takes the cake for the older style trucks. Volvo takes the cake for the most unreliable truck (if put to the test). All the technology that the new Volvo VNL comes with is equivalent to that of a Mercedes Benz GL. That technology at some point will deteriorate, and you’ll have to spend bank at the Volvo truck center to get all those unnecessary safety systems fixed.

 

Dad’s Volvo isn’t out of the shop yet. He’s in an International LT from Penske right now. That thing has an even more annoying version of Toyota TSS. To make matters worse, it has an automatic transmission.
