What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Sold the Toyota OEM Trifold tonneau cover finally and installed the Truxedo lo-pro X15 Roll-Up tonneau. Not entirely happy with the “lo-pro” aspect of it or the quality of the factory’s foam gasket application. Will probably enlarge the length of slots on the supplied brackets to lower the overall height of the rails. Love the canvas, flat black though!

 

Wonder when you have leather seats, do people get seat covers to protect them?

I have seat protectors for the car seats so I will be using them again for the kiddos.

 

I just installed this cover and have the same issue with the weatherstripping being applied poorly. I sent a note from their website asking if I can get replacement weatherstripping and reapply it myself. Haven’t heard anything, so thinking a call to support will be needed.

No, just wipe them down and use leather conditioner periodically

what sort of difference did it make and how much was the damage? $

 

man those rusty drums always drive me crazy lol.... Have you had a chance to weight your wheel/tire set up, those F5s should be pretty light i hear.

 

I feel as if the mids and highs are a bit crisper and more pronounced; it’s nothing crazy but for $80 it’s worth it.

I’ll probably do the door speakers later this year.
