Can you even get these utility packages in Canada? I’ve never seen any black bumpers around before.

I wouldn't lose sleep over missing out on that one. The cost of a similarly equipped new one is not that much more.
There was a really good write up on here about negotiating the price of a new Tacoma as long as you were not in a hurry, didn't mind exchanging some emails, and were willing to possibly travel. I'm looking for it...
I cannot find it. Short short version, start by creating a new email account that you will abandon after you buy your truck. Email every dealership in the area that you are willing to travel about the truck you are looking for. Do not give out your phone number. Weed out the ones that are not serious. Exchange more emails with the ones that are serious. Purchase from the one that you can work out the best deal with.

I traveled hours away for mine, NY->Ohio, even with the plane fare there & gas/tolls I still saved several hundred dollars & had a great road trip home:

Doesn't look like it from the Can. Toyota site. I am digging the Toyota dash cam option though...

Do any of you have weather tech floor mats in the back of your trucks? There's a note on the weather tech website saying that the mats don't work in the rear of the utility trucks. I couldn't see any reason why.

I have the husky version. Since we don't have the u-shaped center console pictured below, that area will just be open/no mat, other than that it'll fit great.

Had my utility package for 9 months now, no regrets. I had the option of getting the jump seats but passed. Now everyone complains I have a 2 seat truck but I don't care, I just tell them to take the bus if they need a ride somewhere.

Yeah, you have a 2 seat truck. Which is a basic characteristic of a TRUCK. Remind them that.

Removed the ugly seating warning sticker for the interior rear panel. Much cleaner look without it.

Still no regrets about opting for the utility package "delete".08E2A4DD-FA91-48AD-B444-A032650C6B74.jpg 131A07F1-85A4-4F98-B09E-BE9937BA7AC1.jpg

Those people wouldnt wanna sit back there anyways. Ive never been a fsn of the access cab rear seats. I wish they designed them like the old ford ranger flip down seats, i wouldnt mind having those in my truck. Otherwise utility cab n no rear seats for the W.
