So after deliberation with @Nimble9 and @geekhouse23 the final wrap ups on the truck are:

    Dirt King LCAs
    OEM cam hardware
    Marlin Crawler cam gussets

    Flowmaster delta 50

    maybe: King hydro bumps.

yesss go full send! Do you need new LCA's? Mine are only 3 years old and seem to be good. I was gonna replace the bushings when they were out, but now I don't have to :)

The arms are fine but the bushings and cam bolts are trashed. Seized like a mofo.

You don't know what you just signed up for! Actually, I just have a few things that are a little too bulky to be done solo. Mattress, tv stand, dresser, and a small snap-on gunsafe (pretty light, just odd shaped)

What's your schedule look like June 8th or 15th?

So house update: filled the last of the pre-close paperwork out today, and looks like the sellers are trying a rentback for a week to close on their new house.

Close date will still be the 6th, but move in day would be the 15th or 16th. Couple hundo back in my pocket and gives me some time to pack, so what do I care.

Just wrapped up the last of the pre-close paperwork right now.

Funny how there has been nothing going on for 2.5 weeks, and then ALL THE SUDDEN, the loan agent doesn't have the forms needed for the closing disclosure signoff on the last day before the signing date has to be pushed. Yeah, that's been fun to deal with today.

All turned in now, and now just waiting to turn over closing funds and sign a shitload of paper.

Looks like move in is gonna be the 16th since the sellers are renting back to me for a week.

It's pretty typical - hurry up and wait, then run around like crazy at the end.

Good luck with the house - I am sure you enjoy it.

There's always something ... glad it's working out though, I'm seriously stoked for you! I'm ready to help move all those throw pillows when you get the keys.

So many throw pillows in my future.

I dunno why I decided closing on a house the first week of the month when all us accounting types are crazy busy seemed like a good idea.
