    My job allows shorts as the campus is business casual. But I refuse. The only time someone sees my legs is if I wear a dress which is rare. I usually only see guys wearing shorts on a campus of 4K people.

    My manager wears hats and shorts, usually only on Fridays or Saturdays. My director is never dressed down. I’ve seen my AVP in shorts. I’ve had several AVPs sit with me to shadow and they werent dressed down. I try not to wear my typical flannel work wear when I have big bosses to deal with. It’s a weird mix of styles, company is pretty lax.

    Who has aluminum skids that they like? I just took off my old old allpro steel one to put a aluminum one on and the bolt holes are so off its sad. So probably not keeping this one

    Never mind the near 80k cost for the expedition company or 10-15k in equipment needed. Everest is now officially a shitshow. Been that way for a while but this is insane. Already a couple deaths too

    No real dress code where I'm at now.
    Last place only had dress code when on customer site.

    I still wear boots and jeans daily. Is nice to know I can wear whatever though. Maybe Saturdays I'll wear comfy stuff.... but walking 5 or so miles a night my feet are happy about the quality boots after 16ish hours in them
