It's a nice looking product, but pricey. $250....

I very much agree. It would have hurt, but I almost tried one, if the creator thought that it might work on the 3rd Gen. No dice though. That was before @BigWhiteTRD found the proper solution.

oh I know, been  over that one for a bit. The buddy who makes the heated mirror kit put it together, looks really well done, I just dont have the $400 :canada: to spend on it, especially since I'm wasting what little extra cash I have in trying to make my own pipe bender for some sliders, BUT...... My cousin has a 3rd Gen which I've already told her that I'm buying once she's done with it ( that's where my current 2nd gen came from..... its practically tradition right? )

sorry for thread jacking, but well done OP! I just may buy one ( price depending ) for future me's truck :fingerscrossed:

Used 2lo today to back a fully loaded 6x12 trailer into my driveway. It was beautiful. The ratio is what it should be stock.

I'm looking forward to being able to put my dash back together though!

Sweet, looking forward to seeing this all come together. Still in for a full plug and play with one of your test switches that fits the spot under the AC controls ;)

Just sent payment for samples and the NRE charges for tooling and setup!

    One more step closer.

If anyone wants to take the initiative, I can have a custom logo put on the 2Lo switches. I'm no graphic designer, but I could try to put something together. A symbol that is appropriately sized for either the large or small OEM switches would be nice.

If you need a beta tester... I need a harness. We are fat into boating season and I need me some 2LO to get the big girl out of the water!

Well, the design is proven, but I would like to get some input on it from a couple people before making the full order. The samples should be done next week and get to me a few days after that. They had a 15 day lead as of the 9th when I placed the sample order. I'll be checking them out myself first and may want to send them off to others for review.

Weird that I didn't see this. I think the standard symbol is just fine, with 2Lo under it?

I think @lapoltba beta'ed his own cable already.

Would be happy to test one out since you should have some extra switches that fit the spot below the climate controls laying around from sample orders you placed, color doesn't matter ;)

Either of those would be fine, but doesn't the symbol on the upper one mean that the front locker is engaged? I could be wrong there.

From a T4R with rear locker:

I'd go with the bottom one. I think the X is typically used to indicate differential lock.

Thanks guys, sounds good. I'll just do the normal 4x4 icon. I'm putting together a google form to collect everyone's info when the time comes. Link below is basically what it is going to be. If you have time and want to test it out for me I would appreciate it. I will leave it up for a few hours.

****THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL FORM YET AND IF YOU FILL THIS OUT IT DOES NOT MEAN I HAVE YOUR INFO****

    Done!

    Two questions (sorry!):

-- The standard blue is the matching color, right?
-- I don't mind G-pay, but you could do a PP Gift choice also? Or, you just want the protection? Either way is cool, but I'm cool with the gift choice myself.
