Year round place is called backyard campgrounds or something like that. And that is how we found it last weekend after all the state parks were booked or not taking walkouts

    He probably won't answer.

I'd bank on at least 8 weeks, maybe sooner though. I believe he's got all the orders out from the big tax sale by now.

& I have a spare, mounted under the truck, with all the correct parts & tools!

It may not seem like much, but my truck had precisely 1 necessary part-the long-ass crank to lower the anchor. Fortunately, that is also the hardest one to find. Otherwise, no tools at all, no strakes/crossbars, & no spare. So, I sourced the tools, jack, under strakes/braces (which had to be sanded & repainted), & got new rims & tires. The last allowed an available tire to hang.
This morning (I go to work this afternoon) I finally hung the tire, rather than have it in the bed.

One more thing of my truck check-list.

It may not seem like much to anyone else, but it is a small victory to me, esp considering where it started.

Just saw a post where another fab company went belly up taking a bunch of orders and not fulfilling them. "RPMFAB".

    Anyone hear of them?

Edit: nm, theres a thread on it already.

Soo... here are the stain colors we were considering (clockwise from top left):
75% dark walnut/25% classic gray mix, piece of previous floor for reference, 100% dark walnut, 50/50 dark-walnut/ classic gray, then lower left is 66% dark walnut/33% classic gray mix.
    0BA1DE2E-046F-433F-946D-D165E14DBF94.jpg

We chose top left: 75% Dark walnut/ 25% classic gray mix.

Guess my eyes are crap. Besides the piece of previous flooring....they all look the same. :notsure:

In person- the bottom two are absolutely more gray- with muted grain and lighter in color.

100% dark walnut has most contrast in grains with most color “pop”.

We chose the darkest combo of dark walnut with subtle gray- just to help even out the grain.

I did a lot of dark walnut and weathered grey when I did the pallet walls. I’m a sucker for dark stain on hardwoods though, Jacobean is my favorite.

Jacobean on a pine barndoor I made in the last house. Our new luxury vinyl plank has a beautiful dark wood grain as well.

Did you build that barn door? What did you build it out of and is the straight? Mine are both bowed so one bottom corner is about an inch off from the other corner. I adjusted the floor guides so they meet up evenly but it's just a bandaid.
