Let's See Your Cats!!!

Thanks again everyone for the condolences for my waffles. I still have my bubby, he seems to be doing okay, hes just a little clingy, which i think he knew something was happening with waffles. He become distant from her and would come to us and give us a different kind of meow, so i believe he may have had maybe and animal sense or something.

This sweet girl has been making an appearance here and there for about 3 years now. We have no idea if she belongs to someone or is a stray. She's got a few battle scars on her. But otherwise seems healthy. My instinct tells me she's a stray.

We call her The Mouser because she hunts mice in my flower beds. She also helps keep squirrels and rabbits thinned out.

Initially she was very skidish with us. It's taken a LONG time for us to gain her trust. But a bit of turkey cold cuts and lots of patience has netted us a pretty good relationship with her. She loves my 2 daughters.

She shows up a couple of times a week, generally in the evenings.

This is our buddy Milton. We were camping at a state park 9 years ago when a park ranger approached us saying that someone dropped him off on a back road on park property.

My wife and I looked at each other and decided to give him a new home. We left camp that night and went to walmart to get food, a bed, etc because we didnt have any other pets. He was just a little kitten at the time. He still loves being outside with us all the time.

 

Cat brushing station ....instead of chasing Cooper around the house I started setting him up on the stool . Works great , and my boy loves it ..

 

None of mine will sit still for that

 

He could pass as a brother to Frank!

 

It wouldn’t be a proper orange cat post without “orange cat Arthur’s approval”,

 

our outside tortie is a little odd too. She likes getting petted but wont let you pick her up for very long. She might have been kicked or something because if you make any sudden move and she runs off, not far but like skiddish. Other than that she loves milk and cat food as an appetizer to her "rodents" she catches.

 

Well. At least that blanket was next to be washed anyways...

Jean-Luc says that nap time is a must after bath time.

 

Aaaaaand Rex can’t leave her alone. Keep in mind the time between photos, Lola had been in there a while lol
