What kind of cutting of the grill surround is needed, looks like they tuck a winch pretty high up.

    Looks really amazing

There is a cross bar support behind the grill. In the middle of that bar is a bracket. The bottom of that bracket is angled..wider at the back. I had to cut vert up that bracket about 2 inches and horizontal towards the front of the car about 5 inches to clear the cross bar on the top and back side of the winch. That bar is not rally load bearing and it seems to still have plenty of strength. I think you could remove it if you like but I also used it to relocate the winch control box. I could take a pic if you like. I may still need to look it at it some as that bar is very close to my winch line. I will have to check the line more carefully when it is spooling going forward. Billy explained that it will vary based on what winch you have.

This bumper took a beating all weekend. Hydro locked the engine and had to winch/ be pulled out of the wood for about 2 miles. Thing is beef!

I kind of blew it with my HC Rear paint job :(. Outside looks fine but the inside is rusting after one winter... Kind of want to pull it off and just have it blasted and powder coated. It was a real PITA to try to build a paint booth out of my ez-up and and then trying to move it around by myself to get it painted on all sides almost killed me (not really but it did fall and hit my arm in such a manner that I've had nerve issues in my right arm).

I definitely screwed up the primer layer. I think either the temp or humidity screwed me. Not much of a painter so IDK what I really did wrong. I made sure to really clean it and used latex gloves to avoid getting any oil on it but still failed :bananadead:

Does anyone have any pics of the front plate bumper with the low profile center hoop? All the pics I've seen are of the full height center hoop.

Any 3rd gen guys running their bumpers with TSS?

I like having the radar in front but would forgo it for a Bruteforce bumper. Just hoping it works.

2nd Gen - Anyone know the part number I need to replace the stock (rusted) bolts so I can replace them when my HC Rear comes back from the powdercoater? I think it's 90119-A0192 but it's hard to tell.

EDIT: confirmed this is correct, just received in the mail.
