    The basket is just for looks for me. Never put anything in it.

    They are clamped in on the round bars.

    Clamps come with basket?.. I was looking for a basket that could be removed if it wasn't in use I'm trying to take my stepsons camping and I'm realizing I'm running out of room in the Tacoma so I figured I'd strap a kid up there LOL

    Probably work even better and sit a tiny bit lower.
    I think basically they are 2 pieces of flat bar stock with 2 bolts/nuts on 4 mounting points. I'll take some pics when I get home wed.

    So, you have the rails that run from windshield to backglass. And you also have the aero crossbar that go from driver to passenger, correct?
