Speaking of bags I bought the Klein roller bag which is awesome now work at a place they supply everything so it sits in truck now

 

Over 100’ of mostly solid rock over 18” deep. Backfilled and watered in.

Literally my problem. Left elbow is always sore. Partially tore that tendon last summer so using this as a reminder not to push it.

 

I think something is wonky here. These are a couple of shots of the water softener loop I paid the contractor to install. Why would they splice little bits of pex together? Makes no sense to me. Is there a reason to do this? The extra fittings would cost far more than 6" of pex.

 

I hate crimp pipe but to each their own. Idk why they’d do that but I’m still wondering after 30+years seeing crap plumbing why wtf

 

This is a drawback with tankless that many people don't realize

Have before online, never seen one locally.

Cult following is attractive, are the bags overly heavy? I know they’re beefy, but not sure if overbuilt with reliable materials or overbuilt with lighter weight, strong(er) materials.

 

The construction of the bags is top notch , I would not consider the empty bags to be much heavier than most others

 

So what , you like cold water coming out of the hot side of the tap ? Not following you

 

Any recommendations for a midsize bag?

Need room for a small 12V impact and a DVMM. Rest would be hand tool storage.

 

I have one of these for my cordless drill and impact driver plus batteries , charger and bit , would probably work well for what you describe as your end use

...^^^... I am not a big fan of tankless, had one before and I like a big tank better (for where I lived and the house layout at that time).


FWIW ... we have 2 small tankless heaters in the 2 shower stalls in Thailand.

They are small boxes mounted high on the wall over the shower that run on electricity. It is usually hot weather in northern Thailand (except a few days a year) and the small tankless water heater warms up the already luke-warm water a little, but not real hot. It just takes the chill off, but you can take a long shower.

This house is about 2 years old.

On an additional note, the outside utility wiring in our neighborhood is new and looks good ... but some of the other wiring in the city is beyond crazy.
