    shit i still go there but theyve killed innocent people by accident..theyre not aiming at the innocent, the people they are killing are for a good reason but they wont say it over the news...when im down there i know what to do and what not to do i travel from SD to rosarito once a week by myself

    crooked cops...well thats another story...theyre just underpaid and tryna get extra cash i suggest you all ask for the ticket instead of giving the cop a tip...sometimes they wont give u the ticket when u dont budge...
